Delivery Policy

Shipping charges

Delivery to United States: FREE shipping on orders of $30 or more. Orders below $30 pay $20.00 shipping once per order, however many items or suppliers it includes.

The total is based on the merchandise subtotal of the whole order. You can still order below $30; only the shipping charge differs. The shipping charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

Products show whether they can be delivered to your selected country. Items that cannot be delivered there are not offered for sale to that destination.

Estimated delivery

Each product shows an estimated delivery window for your destination, based on the supplier's processing time and the carrier route. We check the route again before your order is sent, and if delivery would become much slower we contact you before going ahead.

Tracking

When the carrier provides tracking, your order page shows the shipment status and tracking number. You can also look up a guest order with Track Order.

Delays and delivery problems

If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us through Order help. We investigate with the carrier and supplier and offer a reshipment or a refund where the order was not delivered as promised. Your rights under the Returns & Refunds policy and local consumer law are not affected.

Customs and duties

For delivery to the United States, every item we sell either ships from a warehouse inside the US (no import duties) or ships from abroad with US import duty and customs entry fees already included in its price, or paid by the supplier's duty-paid shipping. You have nothing more to pay on delivery. Each product page says which applies.

If the import charges for an item's delivery route are not confirmed, that item cannot be ordered for that destination until they are; we never ask you to pay unconfirmed charges later.

Some products cannot be sent to some countries because of local law, carrier rules or safety requirements; those products are not offered there.
