Products and availability

Products are offered only when our server can identify a currently eligible supplier route. Availability, stock, shipping, taxes or duties, and delivery estimates may change before checkout and are rechecked before supplier fulfillment.

Pricing and payment

You pay the total shown at checkout before you confirm: item prices plus the shipping charge for your destination (free on orders of $30 or more, otherwise $20.00 once per order). We never add charges after you pay.

Checkout currently accepts: PayPal, Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by OneMkan.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the supplier confirms the item is still available at that price; if it is not, we cancel and refund the payment in full.

Restricted products and destinations

Products may be unavailable where sale, import, delivery, or supplier fulfillment is restricted. We do not knowingly offer prohibited products to a destination where they cannot lawfully be supplied.

Orders, cancellation and support

Cancellation, replacement, return, or refund requests are reviewed against payment, supplier, carrier, tracking, and applicable consumer-protection evidence. A request does not automatically cancel a supplier order or issue a refund.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including Bahrain consumer-protection requirements where they apply.
