No he recibido el producto. He puesto reclamación y reembolso y me han ignorado. Segun me han contestado tengo que devolver el producto para recibir reembolso. Evidentemente no puedo devolver algo que no he recibido así que he pagado el producto y no lo tengo.
Paid for. 3 1/2 months later nothing. No customer service. Very poor. Multiple emails sent all treated with automatic response. CJ offer the worst support and follow up. DO Not order from this site or any suppliers. This is a rating for both.
el pedido nunca llegó lleva más de 120 días en envío . se pidió reembolso al vendedor y accedió sin problemas. vendedor muy atento en todo momento

I´ve never received order! No document signed by me ! Never.
Прислали не то что я заказывал. Открыл спор, продавец обещал прислать товар в соответствии с заказом, но обманул. Так же продавец просил прислать фотографию нижней этикетки посылки. Прислать ее не мог, так при попытке отклеить верхнюю - рвалась нижняя этикетка посылки. В результате спор проиграл. Обидно, что в результате того, что не смог выполнить невыполнимое условие проиграл. Так что будьте аккуратнее - если этот продавец накосячит, то вы останетесь без денег и с ненужным барахлом, которое пришлет продавец !!!
